I love the start of a new year. It is a chance to get a new perspective and try a little harder to be a little better.
Growing up we set goals every January 1st and I love the tradition. Setting goals is such a great way for me to refocus my life after the busy holiday season.
Here are a few of my goals:
1. Read the standard works in 365 days
2. Save more than I spend
3. Read a book a month
4. Watch more CNN than I do food network or reality tv
5. Keep a gratitude journal
6. Keep a food journal
